Detailed overview

We help you design your speak up framework, from channels and policy wording to workflows and reporting. In many programs we deploy our Echo product alongside the service. Echo Lite provides a branded, zero storage reporting channel where reporters do not log in and reports are relayed to a dedicated mailbox that your officers use to record cases in a separate report management system. Echo Plus provides a full end to end case management environment where anonymous and employee reports, conversations, updates, notifications, and analytics all live in one place.
